Leo Joint Installation & Initiation FY 2013-2014

On the 25th of August 2013, Leo Club of Penang Chinese Girls' High School, Leo CLub of Han Chiang High School and Leo Club of Georgetown Central had joined to organize Leo Joint Installation & Initiation FY 2013-2014 at Starbucks drive thru tanjong tokong. The is our very first time to organize an installation together with our sister clubs. Theme of this event is ' 同檐,同行 ', means that three of us are sister clubs that belong to the same ' father ', which is Lions Club of Georgetown Central. Thus, no matter what we do, whether it's good or not so successful, we still need to move forward together in order to have a brighter and better future. We need to always trust each other as well as giving full support towards each other.

Lions Club of Georgetown Central 32nd Anniversary

On the 10th of August 2013, our sponsoring lions club or so called father club, which is Lions Club of Georgetown Central had their 32nd Anniversary at the Sri Mas Ballroom in City Bayview Hotel. In conjunction with this special day, the installation of their BODs were held too. Lion Loh Nam Hooi is now their new president. Our two dearest sister clubs, including Leo Club of Han Chiang High School (alpha) and Leo Club of Georgetown Central (omega) were all invited to this special event. In the middle of the event there were some very interesting performances though, making it not too dull.

Some BODs of Leo Club of PCGHS went there earlier as usual to help out, we're pretty happy to have done something for our very own sponsoring Lions Club. We hope to spend more time being together with our very own father club and sister clubs in the future to organize more meaningful projects to serve the community.

Now let the pictures tell the story. :)

Everyone who attends this event get a handmade mug as a token of appreciation.
